These terms govern use of alphasclaim.com and purchases of ALPHASCLAIM digital products. By using the site or completing checkout, you agree to them.
The store
ALPHASCLAIM is an online store at https://alphasclaim.com. We sell digital products. Prices are shown in USD before you pay. Checkout is through PayPal. Product purchases are one-time payments, not subscriptions.
License
A purchase grants one customer a non-transferable personal-use license. Files may not be resold, shared as a public download, uploaded to a public library, or used to train an automated system.
Delivery and refunds
Access begins when payment is confirmed. Because digital files cannot be physically returned, refunds follow the refund policy. Delivery is explained on digital delivery.

Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to break access controls, copy another customer’s files, or submit content you do not have the right to upload.
