What we sell

Every product on this store is digital: downloadable files, personal reports, or account access. There is no physical item to ship or send back. Shipping is not charged. This policy applies to all countries where ALPHASCLAIM checkout is offered, including the United States.

Returns are not permitted after access

When PayPal confirms payment and we provide access or a download, the product cannot be returned. Change-of-mind refunds are not available after access or download begins. That is the same rule submitted to Google Merchant Center: digital goods are not returnable after delivery.

When we replace a file or refund a charge

Email us within 14 days of purchase if any of the following is true:

• You were charged twice for the same order.
• The file is defective, corrupted, or materially incomplete.
• You cannot open a verified paid purchase after we have had a chance to restore access.
• The product you received is materially different from its sales page.

We first replace or restore the file. If that is not possible, we refund the affected purchase. There is no restocking fee. Digital products have no return shipping.

How to request help

Email support@alphasclaim.com with the checkout email, PayPal transaction ID, product name, and a short description of the problem. Do not send card numbers or account passwords.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds go back to the original PayPal payment method. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. After we approve a refund, PayPal may take 3 to 5 business days to show the credit.

Personal reports

If a paid palm or birth-data report cannot be generated because a photo is unclear, you may upload a clearer image. The paid order stays on file. A report is not defective only because you disagree with a symbolic interpretation. Readings are for entertainment and cultural reference.
