Information used to provide the service

Depending on what you choose to use, this can include the reading details you submit, an uploaded palm image, birth details, your delivery or Account email, authentication records, order and entitlement records, report files, customer-support messages, optional satisfaction ratings or comments after a free reading, and payment status or transaction identifiers returned by PayPal. We do not receive or store your full PayPal card or bank credentials. Authorized operators can review free reading text and optional comments to operate and improve the service. Palm image files remain protected and are not listed on public pages.

Photo style and optional practical guides

The free photo tool processes adult, permission-based images and facial landmarks on your device. Photos, landmarks and facial ratios are not uploaded or used for identity recognition. Clearing or leaving the page releases its image resources. If you choose an optional paid guide and confirm the data notice, we save only your selected goal, language, guide type and consent marker alongside the purchase source. This supports delivery and recovery; the guide is editorial material adapted to your choice, not personality or relationship inference from a face. Purchase and support retention rules below apply. Downloaded files remain on your device until you delete them.

Zi Wei cultural reports

Zi Wei previews submit the birth date, recorded time, traditional sex convention, IANA time zone, chosen standard-time offset and its source, calendar conventions, and optional birthplace longitude to our application. We retain the validated input and preview under a private random link, and paid reports use that matching record for fulfilment and recovery. The calculation and original bilingual commentary are rule-based; this product does not send birth details to an AI provider. Do not share your private preview or report link. You can request deletion through support; order and accounting records may be retained where required. Please do not submit someone else’s birth details without their consent.

Big Five personality profile

The free Big Five public pilot calculates your answers, scores and editorial report in your browser. They are not submitted to our server, added to your Account, sent to AI providers or used for marketing. By default, answers stay only in the current page. If you explicitly choose to save progress, this browser stores your answers and completion state for up to seven days since the last update, and removes expired copies when you reopen the assessment. You can remove the saved copy at any time using the clear-answers control, by turning off saving, or by clearing this site's browser data. Anyone sharing your browser profile may be able to open saved answers, so avoid saving on shared devices. A downloaded or printed report stays on your device until you delete it. Ordinary page-visit analytics described below are separate and do not include personality answers or scores.

Free guide and optional reading updates

If you request our free palm lines guide, we store your email and request time to deliver the PDF and prevent repeated sends. Occasional marketing updates are optional, unchecked by default, and require confirmation through the link in your email. The guide is available without subscribing. Every guide email includes a preferences and unsubscribe link. Guide-only or unconfirmed requests are removed after 30 days without a new request; confirmed subscriptions remain until you unsubscribe, and unsubscribed contact records are removed after 30 days. Email delivery uses our configured email provider. We store a dismissal preference in your browser for up to 30 days so the guide invitation does not repeatedly interrupt you.

First-party usage analytics

We use privacy-minimised first-party usage analytics to understand unique visits, page views, approximate time spent, traffic sources, and where visitors begin, complete, or leave the reading and purchase journey. This includes a random browser-session identifier, event and time, page type or redacted path, reading type, product slug, guest or account category, device class, UTM campaign fields, referrer domain, IP address, and approximate country, region, and city derived by our infrastructure.

Analytics does not include your name, email, raw palm image or image URL, PayPal payer email, card or bank information, or secret keys. Raw IP and page-visit details are kept for no more than 30 days. Pseudonymous funnel events and temporary attribution contexts are kept for no more than 90 days. Aggregated statistics without an IP address or session identifier may be kept longer for business planning. You can object and stop future collection at any time through Analytics preferences.

Promoter attribution

If you open a promoter link, we store a first-party referral identifier for up to 30 days and, if you later pay for an eligible product, a commission record tied to the promoter and the order reference. This is used to pay promoters. It is not fully anonymous: the identifier can be associated with a later paid order. We do not give promoters your email address, palm image, PayPal payer email, or report contents. Referral visit logs do not keep full User-Agent strings, full referrer URLs, or query parameters. Commission records are kept as long as needed for payout, dispute handling, and accounting.

Promoter self-service accounts

If you join the Affiliate program, you submit a display name, promotion channel, optional profile URL, and an optional PayPal payout email. Your verified Account email is used as the contact email. We use this information only to manage the promoter relationship and to pay commissions. Promoter contact and payout emails are not shown on public pages and are not given to other promoters.

Why we process information

We process information to provide requested readings and reports, secure accounts and private downloads, create and fulfil orders, prevent misuse, answer support requests, meet accounting or legal obligations, and measure our own website and commercial funnel. We do not use this data for cross-site advertising.

Service providers and infrastructure

ALPHASCLAIM uses Cloudflare Workers and D1 for the public application and databases, private ALPHASCLAIM storage on Vultr for protected files and knowledge services, PayPal for payments, Google Gemini for paid report generation where applicable, and Zoho ZeptoMail or another configured transactional provider for service emails. These providers process only the information needed for their role and under their own security and privacy terms.

Retention and security

Analytics retention is described above. Account, order, payment-audit, report, and delivery records are kept only as long as needed to provide access, resolve disputes, secure the service, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Private images and reports are protected by server-side authorization or unguessable delivery tokens rather than public file listings.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal information, object to certain processing, or disable future analytics collection. Disabling analytics does not affect the legality of processing already completed. Contact support@alphasclaim.comfor a privacy request.
